1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by btd333 — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, live dealer tables, and account management features — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and btd333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the btd333 platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. The governing language for all disputes, communications, and legal proceedings related to these Terms shall be English.

2 Eligibility Requirements

Access to btd333 services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. btd333 does not permit access to its services by any person under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by btd333 or any recognised responsible gambling authority.
• You must access btd333 for personal, recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.
• You must ensure that your use of btd333 does not violate any law, regulation, or directive applicable in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.

btd333 makes no representation that the services offered on this platform are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for ascertaining and complying with any local laws that may govern their participation in online gaming activities.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access btd333's full range of services, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in bonus promotions, you must complete the account registration process via the btd333 Login page and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you provide is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current.
• You are registering only one account in your own name. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• You have not previously had a btd333 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

btd333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals are processed. btd333 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the btd333 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). btd333 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on account tier and payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered exclusively in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
• btd333 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your btd333 account in real time under normal circumstances. In the event of a technical delay, please contact customer support with your payment transaction reference.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. btd333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• btd333 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawals and may delay processing by up to 5 business days while this review is completed.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

btd333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to these general bonus terms, which apply to all btd333 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited; unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%; slots contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are published on the Promotions page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all associated bonus funds being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or otherwise manipulate btd333's bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, stake manipulation to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements ("low-risk wagering"), or coordinated play between multiple accounts — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account suspension.
• VIP Programme: The btd333 VIP loyalty programme awards points based on real-money wagering. VIP points and tier benefits are subject to separate VIP programme terms and may be modified by btd333 at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

6 Game Rules, Fairness & Technical Errors

All games available on the btd333 platform — including but not limited to live casino tables, slots, crash games, and virtual sports — are governed by rules specific to each game type as published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

btd333 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital games. Live dealer games are operated by independent third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, each of which maintains their own certification for game fairness.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or interruption affecting a game in progress, the following provisions apply:

• btd333 reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by a technical error that produced an incorrect outcome or that could not have been completed under normal system conditions.
• Where a game round cannot be completed due to a disconnection or system error on the btd333 side, any wager placed will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• btd333 is not responsible for losses arising from technical failures on the player's side, including but not limited to poor internet connectivity, device malfunctions, or browser incompatibilities.
• Obvious errors in displayed odds, payouts, or bonus amounts — including typographical errors — do not create a binding obligation on btd333 to honour such erroneous values.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btd333 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one btd333 account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with btd333 games, the sportsbook, or account systems.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in card games, live tables, or any other game format where coordinated play provides an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the btd333 platform, its servers, databases, APIs, or associated infrastructure.
• Making deposits using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Using the btd333 platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or system play specifically designed to guarantee profit at the expense of btd333's promotional offers.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the btd333 platform — including but not limited to software, code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, video streams, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of btd333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the btd333 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any btd333 content without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the btd333 platform.
• Use btd333's trademarks, brand names, logos, or other proprietary identifiers for any commercial purpose.
• Frame, mirror, or incorporate any part of the btd333 platform into any other website or application without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of btd333's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

btd333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at btd333.app/privacy-policy. By using the btd333 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

btd333 implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure server infrastructure, and access-controlled data storage — to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

btd333 will not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties except where required to fulfil payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, or legal compliance obligations, or where you have provided explicit consent.

10 Responsible Gaming

btd333 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take this responsibility seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all btd333 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via your account settings after btd333 login. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btd333 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the btd333 platform, even if btd333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

btd333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your btd333 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In particular, btd333 accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies in any game, service, or platform feature.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with your obligations under these Terms, including failure to maintain account security.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible loss.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other service partners.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude btd333's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by btd333's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Amendments, Termination & Governing Law

btd333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate implementation is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the btd333 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

btd333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to all platform services at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• btd333 is required to do so by a legal or regulatory authority.
• btd333 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• You have submitted a self-exclusion request.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which btd333 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through btd333's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body.
